Great BBQ. Ribs are limited quantities. Get them while they last (beef especially). Location is great, has a ton of character
My wife and I checked this place out because we got a gift card from a players pack from a disc golf tournament we played in. We got the sample platter for an appetizer and it was amazing, we both agreed that the mozzarella sticks and deep fried cauliflower were the best we ever had. We both got sandwich's, they were good, but the bar was set a little too high by the appetizers. I also got a side of mac and cheese, also the best I have had in a restaurant. We don't live near here, but will be going out of our way to come again. The total cost vs food received was also surprising, i though based on the prices we would get a lot less meat on the sandwiches and fewer of each appetizers we got with sampler, but we left full and with lots of leftovers.

The portions are large, the BBQ is nice and smoky, the side dishes are tasty and service could not have been better. Our server was attentive but did not hover.
First time at Ruby Reds BBQ. Food was amazing and the service was fantastic. Our waiter was Miguel and he went above and beyond.
Let me start off by saying that the owners of this restaurant are very good people and they are very family oriented and very respectful. The hospitality there is probably the best we've seen so far as being foodies. They went the extra mile. Inside the restaurant, it looks like a legit saloon, and you were feel like you are back in the cowboy days eating at a saloon. if you sit at one of the booths, they have windows with TVs in them and it looks like you are looking out into nature. Now the food is home cooked and has a very pleasant warm Feel when you eat it. You can taste the love in the food. You have to try the cobbler when you go. The sliders were so delicious and you were definitely there with a food baby. They have memorabilia you can buy and make sure that you buy their sauces also. Whoever reads this, go get in your car and eat at this place.
Everything was gooood! Only thing is they need better bbq sauces. The sandwich is your best bet. Different meats and coke slaw. Going back for sure
